The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces that on November 14, 2025, it signed a Significant Contract for the extension of a hotel building to include a complex of indoor swimming pools with a recreation area, along with the reconstruction of the existing communication system and the development of a new transformer station, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Date of conclusion: November 14, 2025
2. Investor (full name and registered office): Grupa Łapaj Hotele Sp. z o.o., ul. 1-go Maja 25A, 57-350 Kudowa-Zdrój
3. Net Contract value: PLN 53,180,742.86
4. Subject of the Contract: Extension of the hotel building to include a complex of indoor swimming pools with a recreation area, along with the reconstruction of the existing communication system and the development of a new transformer station, accompanied by other services specified therein.
5. Place of Contract performance: 273 Mrzygłodzka Street, 42-400 Zawiercie
6. Execution deadlines: 24 months from the date of commissioning the construction site
7. Terms of payment: 30 days
8. Performance bond (value, term): 5% of the gross Remuneration
9. Retention bond (value, term): 1.5% of the gross Remuneration
10. Penalties: The total amount of contractual penalties may not exceed 30% of the gross Remuneration.
