Company authorities

Our stable management board is collectively responsible for the operations of the Company. The members personally control individual areas of the operations of the Group.

The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. can consist of two to five people. It works in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company and regulations adopted by it.

Dariusz Grzeszczak

Dariusz Grzeszczak

Founder and CEO of ERBUD S.A.

A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology in the field of Machine Construction.

In 1990, together with his father, Eryk Jan Grzeszczak, he founded ERBUD. He has been a member of the ERBUD Management Board since 1993. In the years 1993–1995, he was the vice president of VdPD - the Association of Polish Service Companies in Germany.

A member of the Polish Business Council (PRB) since 2011. Associated with the Management Board of the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK) since 2012.

Agnieszka Głowacka

Agnieszka Głowacka

Vice President of the Board ERBUD S.A.

A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Faculty of Economics and Management, specialising in Finance.

Since 1995, she has managed the finance and controlling department at the Toruń production company, while lecturing management accounting at the WSB University. At that time, she completed post-graduate studies in accounting and then commercial law. She specialises in finance and is a member of two advisory boards at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
In 2019, she completed the ICAN Business Advisor manager development program and the one-year program of The Strategic Leadership Academy at the ICAN Institute.

She has been associated with the ERBUD Group since 1998. Her duties involve creating financial policy and cooperation with financial institutions. She coordinates and supervises over the finances of the entire ERBUD Group, in addition, being responsible for the controlling policy in the Group. She created a well-functioning team of financiers with whom she implemented a set of financial procedures. The team contributed to the debut of the Company on the WSE in 2007.

Her participation was active in the acquisition of other Group companies. Furthermore, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of ONDE S.A.

In 2016, she also joined an organisation supporting women's start-ups.

Jacek Leczkowski

Jacek Leczkowski

Vice President of the Board ERBUD S.A.

A graduate of the Poznań University of Technology at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture. Years ago, president and owner of ONDE S.A, which joined the Group's portfolio in 2008. He specialises in the development of RES, at ERBUD SA he is also responsible for the area of building construction. In 2019, he graduated from ICAN INSTITIUT - Strategic Leadership Academy. In 2023 he graduated from Harvard Business School.

He has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ONDE SA since 2021.

Tomasz Wojak

Tomasz Wojak

Member of the Management Board of ERBUD S.A.

MBA graduate, Fryderyk Skarbek University of International Trade and Finance in Warsaw.

For over 25 years he was associated with Konsalnet Group, working for private shareholders of an investment fund and the French owner, where he performed various functions related to acquisitions, development and expansion of the group, acquiring and building relationships with key clients of the group. Since 2000 on the management boards of the Group's companies. From 2018 to 2024 he served as President of the Management Board of Seris Konsalnet Holding SA.

Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs, Member of the Provincial Social Dialogue Council.
Awarded with the Bronze Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland for his actions for professional activation of persons with disabilities.

  • Supervision over ERBUD Group companies in the field of services for the industry Germany: ERBUD Holding Deutschland GmbH, IVT Weiner + Reimann GmbH and IKR GmbH

Management Board responsibilities as a body with regard to ERBUD S.A.:

  • Responsibility for the Compliance Officer function,
  • Responsibility for the Data Protection Officer function.

The Supervisory Board consists of not less than five and not more than eight members. The principles of operation of the SB are governed by the Articles of Association of the Company and the Regulations of the Supervisory Board.

Dr. Roland Bosch

On the Supervisory Board of ERBUD S.A. since 2021 as a dependent member.

Dr Roland Bosch brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and production. He has a double degree in physics and business management. Parallel to his studies at Oxford and Tübingen, where he earned his PhD, he joined the Boston Consulting Group in 1997. This was followed by an eight-year work period at Daimler, where he first headed the strategy department and then managed the finances of the Northeast Asia business from Beijing. In 2010, Dr Bosch joined Deutsche Bahn Netz AG, first as Chief Financial Officer and from 2013 as Chief Production Officer. In this role, he was responsible for, among other things, the operation, maintenance and refurbishment of the railway infrastructure as well as digitalisation topics. From the end of 2017 to the end of 2019, he was President of the Management Board at Deutsche Bahn Cargo AG.

Dr Bosch joined WOLFF & MÜLLER as Managing Director in May 2021.

He has held an office in the Supervisory Board of ERBUD S.A. since 2012, since 2024 in the capacity of a dependent member.

He has gained many-year professional experience in the management of companies and institutions, such as: ABN AMRO Securities (Polska) S.A., Bydgoski Bank Komunalny S.A., Dom Maklerski „DML”, IRCo Sp. z o. o.

Currently, he is the President of the Management Board in the following companies: Finco Group sp.z o.o. and in Warszawski Fundusz Hipoteczny Sp. z o.o. and holds offices in the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: Esaliens TFI S.A. (where he is also a member of the Audit Committee) and ONDE S.A. (where he is moreover Chair of the Audit Committee)

He has been in the Supervisory Board of ERBUD S.A. since 2006. He is also a dependent member of the Supervisory Board of ERBUD S.A.

Albert Dürr graduated from the University of Berlin in Economics in 2002. In 2004, he obtained a PhD degree at the university in Vienna.

Since 2005 he has been associated with the WOLFF & MÜLLER Group and since 2006 the management board of the several companies of WOLFF & MULLER Group.

Beata Jarosz

Seit 2021 ist sie ein unabhängiges Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates der ERBUD S.A.
Kapitalmarktexpertin mit über 25 Jahren Berufserfahrung, ehemalige stellvertretende Vorstandsvorsitzende der Warschauer Wertpapierbörse - Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (2006-2014).

Mitbegründerin des Aktienmarktes im Rahmen des alternativen Handelssystems NewConnect und des organisierten Handelsmarktes für Schuldtitel Catalyst.

Derzeit Gründerin und CEO von Future Collars, einer Schule mit einer innovativen Plattform zum Lernen von Programmierung und digitaler Kompetenz.

Zwischen 1991 und 2006 war sie bei der Wertpapierkommission für die Überwachung des Börsenhandels zuständig.
Außerdem war sie Vorsitzende des Prüfungsausschusses für Wertpapiermakler und Börsenmakler.

Sie war Vorsitzende der Aufsichtsräte des Nationalen Wertpapierdepots - Krajowy Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S. A. und KDPW CCP S.A.

Absolventin der Warschauer Wirtschaftsuniversität (SGH).

Für ihren besonderen Beitrag zur Entwicklung des polnischen Kapitalmarktes wurde sie mit dem Goldenen Verdienstkreuz ausgezeichnet.

Janusz Reiter

Member of the Audit Committee.

He has been an independent member of the Supervisory Board of ERBUD S.A. since 2016.

Former Polish ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany (1990-95) and the USA (2005-2007), founder of the Centre for International Relations, an independent think tank devoted to foreign and security policy; in the years 2008-2011 - a special envoy for climate change.

Author of book and press publications, including in the daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Washington Post, weekly Die Zeit, as well as in the Polish press.

He has received numerous awards and distinctions, including Great Cross of Merit with the Star and Ribbon of the Federal Republic of Germany, European University Viadrina award, honorary title of the College of the Atlantic in the USA. Currently, he is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Solaris and Ergo Hestia.

He has served on the Supervisory Board of ERBUD S.A. since 2021 as an independent member.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in the field of finance and banking.

For the first years of his professional career, he worked for Bank Pekao S.A. and BGK.
From the financial sector he moved to Polcom Group where he was a member of the management board and CFO. Currently, he holds a management position in a private family foundation and acts as a business angel on the Polish start-up market.

Dr Sylwia Hałas-Dej

On the Supervisory Board of ERBUD S.A. since 2024 as an independent member .

A graduate of law faculty and Executive MBA programme, a holder of PhD degree in management. The Dean of the Kozminski Executive Business School, Director of Executive MBA, a Supervisory Board member of the International Business School, Warsaw, CEO of the Kozminski University Development Foundation. On a day-to-day basis, she is responsible for defining the development needs of managers, setting up MBA postgraduate programmes and courses. She is a member of the Association of MBAs, an international organisation awarding prestigious Master of Business Administration certificates to universities all over the world. She has been designing development programmes for managers for over 20 years now. She specialises in the field of development needs of managers and identifying them, as well as building university-business relations. Focuses on strategic management and defining organisational goals.

Seweryn Kubicki

On the Supervisory Board of ERBUD S.A. since 2024 as an independent member .

Managing finance and controlling areas in Polish owner companies, multinationals and portfolio companies of private equity funds. His responsibilities included strategic management, M&A transactions, integration and restructuring, financial risk management and corporate governance.

He is a graduate of Management and Marketing at Akademia Świętokrzyska, Executive MBA postgraduate studies at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw and the ManagementTM programme at ICAN Institute.

He has passed the state exam for candidates for supervisory board members in state-owned companies. Founding member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members.

The Audit Committee is responsible for:

  • supervising the reporting and auditing of the Company and the ERBUD Group,
  • monitoring internal control systems and the independence of external auditors,
  • conducting internal audit, - risk management".
